IELTS offers two formats: Academic, for those pursuing higher education or professional registration, and General Training, for migration, work experience, or non-academic training purposes.

Acamedic Module

The IELTS Academic module evaluates whether your English language skills are suitable for pursuing a university degree or professional training. It is specifically designed for individuals applying to institutions of higher education or seeking professional registration in an English-speaking environment.

General Module

The IELTS General Training module is intended for individuals applying to secondary schools, short-term or vocational training programs, or for those pursuing immigration to an English-speaking country.This version of the test focuses on everyday English language skills required for social and workplace environments.
